My first 2022 wedding was on a freezing spring day at the end of March. Whitetail Meadow offered the perfect shelter for all of us, and suggested Lacoste Garden Centre as an option for wedding day portraits, in place of their prairie grounds where we would have been battered with ice-cold wind. Whitetail Meadow's onsite cottage was the setting where the bride and her attendants readied themselves for the day. A party bus from London Limo's brought the groom and his attendants to the garden centre for the first look and wedding day portraits. before their wedding ceremony.
The bride wore a fit and flare gown with covered buttons and a scalloped hem from 7th Avenue Fashions and her groom wore a navy suit and maroon bow tie. Their classically dressed wedding attendants donned navy suits from Moores and maroon gowns from 7th Avenue Fashions, paired with luscious blush bouquets featuring roses and blue thistles from Lily Stone Gardens.
The mother of the bride officiated the indoor ceremony witnessed by over 100 guests, after which the couple partied the night away with those guests, thanks to the music provided by Crystal Sound.
It felt really good to observe and capture one of the first "normal" weddings I've had since the Pandemic started!
