Ever since I heard about Ralph Conner House, I dreamed about shooting a wedding there. And what a lovely day for a wedding this was (besides the face-melting heat wave). This historical site has all of the character of the century old homes in Winnipeg’s centre, with a beautifully maintained yard to host events. Rob and Justine were drawn to this venue because of their love of all things haunted and spooky.
Their day also included a delicious cocktail just a few blocks away from the venue, at Langside Grocery, followed by a short tour of the West Broadway neighbourhood. Their outdoor ceremony concluded as the sun began to set behind their altar, and then their guests enjoyed their appetizers and suppers as they connected with one another around the site.
