Michelle and Keaton said "I do" in the cozy Hawthorne Estates during a snowy January Saturday. The road to the venue was treacherous, and the wind was sharp and cold, carrying snow that piled high while their wedding got underway. The couple did all of their "getting ready" at Hawthorn, with Nikki Markowski styling hair and creating makeup looks for Michelle and her maids, while Keaton and his groomsmen learned to tie their royal blue bow ties. Michelle's ball gown from CKLY Fashion and Bridal glistened in the venues light, mimicking the snow outside. Her cathedral length veil was lovingly handmade by her sister and maid of honour Breanna.
After the couple sign and sealed their union with a kiss, the ceremony space was transformed for the reception, while guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers upstairs, overlooking the set up. Gopher the Music MCed the reception and started the party with entertaining bridal party and wedding couple introductions, and a quick dance before the supper was served. After finishing the delicious meal crafted and served by King Cole Catering, the four of the couples dear friends joined them for a round of a newlywed game before sharing their first dance.
Michelle and Keatons day was a winter wedding dream, and I was so honoured to capture it for them..
